8 oz ricotta cheese (1 cup)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs brewed espresso/dark coffee
2 tbs Kahlúa (or any coffee liquor)
top with these
1 tsp cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder)1/2 c grated bittersweet chocolate
